Fresh Tomatillo Salsa

INGREDIENTS
8 oz. tomatillos, husked, rinsed and quartered
1 large clove garlic, peeled and roughly chopped
1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
1/2 to 2/3 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
¼ cup water
½ tsp. coarse salt

Yield: About 1.5 Cups

DIRECTIONS

    Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor or blender.  Pulse to a coarse puree, being careful not to over process.  Transfer to a serving bowl.  Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.  Serve with chips, etc. as desired.
